As a resident in this building, I absolutely love it! Not only is it located in an AMAZING neighbourhood, but have some reat amenities including an indoor/outdoor pool that stays open year round! The community here is pretty diverse. Being situated in the heart of the Harbourfront (read, prime tourist attraction) the neighbourhood is incredibly lively during the summer, yet quite the opposite in the winter. Streetcars stop frequently just outside the front entrance, and Union station and Bay Street are well within walking distance. Going into the Entertainment District is a $5-7 cab ride or a 10-15-min walk. The condo is very well maintained and condo fees are reasonable - about $0.58/sf inclusive of parking & all utilities except cable. To attest to how well the building is managed, fees haven't increased for the past two years (and went up less than 1% the year prior.) With the upcoming HST implementation an adjustment is probably expected, but if it happens here it'll happen everywhere. Overall I'd highly recommend this building to anyone looking to live or buy in the Harbourfront area!
