Builder's Description:

Ideal Condominium is a nine storey bold urban design statement that fits perfectly in the heart of Toronto's Little Italy.  The project is an example of a contextual main-street building which asserts its rightful place in the urban scale of College Street, yet is respectful of the neighbourhood house form buildings along Markham Street to the south.  The massing, materials, and facade of the building take their cue from the neighbouring industrial building with a strong brick base.  The ground floor retail and landscape treatment at grade reinforce the retail character of the boulevard along College Street.
