Edge Lofts is a modernist six storey condominium building located directly across the Don River east of Toronto’s downtown core. This area is undergoing a significant revitalization that began with the redevelopment of the heritage Distillery District and continues with the reinvention of Regent Park and the re-urbanization of the West Don Lands. When completed, Edge Lofts will be at the core of this expanding pedestrian-focused neighbourhood.

Featuring a bold glass and metal façade, Edge Lofts incorporates open concept lofts with 10 foot high ceilings, concrete floors and energyefficient windows. Rooftop patios offer a shared green area and there are two retail spaces at grade. Edge Loft residents will enjoy unobstructed western views overlooking the Don Valley to the downtown in perpetuity.
