The Robert Watson Lofts is a 2-building complex with a total of 153 units located just south of Dundas Street East and east of the many shop and amenities of Roncesvalles Street.  The first building is a 5-floor loft conversion of The Robert Watson candy factory warehouse originally built in 1907. The property was listed on the City of Toronto Inventory of Heritage Properties in 2005.  The second building is a 6-floor new construction.

The project is a joint development of Rosebud Homes and Sky Developments Group.
