The restoration of a 1929 glue factory now features hard-loft units and a brick and Art Deco-style exterior.  Units range from 751 sq ft to 1800+ sq ft, some with 2-levels.  There are also 4 loft-syle townhouses, originally built in 1949.  An intimate building with post and beam framing, exposed brick.  The preserved most of the building's original features and added more heritage components, including a grand front entrance with an arched oak door salvaged from a Rosedale mansion.
