The Merchandise Building was the first major renovation of a historic warehouse building into residential lofts in Toronto. Originally, the one million square foot landmark was the catalogue distribution centre for the Robert Simpsons Company, one of Canada's largest retail organizations. Now complete, it boasts over 600 innovative loft residences, major amenities and one of the country's first fully-operational roof gardens.
Located just steps away from Yonge/Dundas Square, Eaton Centre, and Ryerson, there is also a Dominion on the ground level.
The Merchandise Building won numerous prestigious industry awards including: Project of the Year from the Toronto Home Builders Association and Multi-Unit Project of the Year from the U.S. National Home Builders Association.
