This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") covers how livehigh treats personal information that we collect and receive. At livehigh.com Inc. ("livehigh", "we", "our" or "us") we respect the privacy of our users ("you" or "your"), and are committed to protecting your personal information. We are the sole owner of the information collected on livehigh.com ("the "Site"). Any information collected from you will not be sold or otherwise shared with others in ways different from what is disclosed in this privacy statement.

Personal Information

Personal information refers to information about you that is personally identifiable such as your name, address, e-mail address, phone number or credit card information, and that is not otherwise publicly available.

We may ask users for their age. By using the Site or other services provided by livehigh.com, you agree to respond truthfully and accurately about your age. Please see our Terms of Use for the regulations that must be adhered to when using these portions of the Site or its services. livehigh has taken steps to ensure that no spam messages are posted on user forums, but it does not assume responsibility or liability for the failure of spam filters and other security measures it uses to capture all spam mail.

Your personal data is used only for internal purposes and is never sold or otherwise shared with anyone outside of livehigh.com, with the exception of law enforcement requests where applicable.
