Party Room

Guests are greeted with two sitting areas outfitted with contemporary furniture and divided by a striking double-sided fireplace that will add warmth and ambiance to any event. This intimate Party Room can comfortably accommodate your party and includes a connecting catering kitchen for your convenience.

Once the party begins you'll enjoy a night-club atmosphere with hardwood floors, custom designed panelling and a dramatic drop ceiling that adds dimension and depth to the room. When the weather is fine, let the party spill outside to the adjoining terrace. For a change of pace it's just a short stroll to the adjacent billiards room for a friendly round or two.

Theatre

True to its name, BRAVO has designed a theatre that's worthy of a standing ovation! Reminiscent of your favourite neighbourhood cinema, the private theatre can accommodate large groups in comfortable, theatre-style seating. Large, spacious and featuring state-of-the-art projection equipment, this is the perfect venue to host an intimate screening of your favourite films, entertain children for a birthday party or have all of your closest friends over to enjoy a game or a great movie on the big screen.

Landscape Plan:

The stage is set with colour, drama and a touch of whimsy. The talented landscape architects of BRAVO have left no stone unturned as they strived to create a picture perfect setting with welcoming landscaping, decorative fencing and lush greenery. Enclosed by the building itself, the central arrival court greets residents and guests alike with an abundance of textures and colours carefully selected to set the stage for the luxury that awaits inside.
