Builder's Description:

The new shape of things in sophisticated condominium living

A vision of authentically hip urban living is taking shape in Toronto's most vibrant neighbourhood at the corner of Bayview and Sheppard. This magnificently designed condominium, created by top industry visionaries, blends spectacular architecture with the most incredible lifestyle and recreational features imaginable. Developed by The Daniels Corporation, ARC is located across from their landmark award-winning NY Towers community - one of the most successful condominium neighbourhoods in Toronto. ARC's unique curvilinear design is sleek, ultra-modern and streamlined to maximize spectacular views in every direction. With direct access to the Bayview Subway Station and right beside Bayview Village Shopping Centre, ARC is within easy reach of all that Toronto has to offer. Close to Highways 401 and the 404/Don Valley, ARC is the definitive choice for people who want the city at their doorstep. ARC is the culmination of inspired design, a fabulous location and extraordinary amenities, defining and complementing the Toronto skyline. This is where your future will take shape.

Source - 2010 Pug Awards Nomination:

The immediate image of the southern end of Arc projecting towards Sheppard like the brow of a boat, is not an accidental afterthought nor a whimsical caricature. It is the tension between the horizontal winged entrance to the subway and the rising form of the residence above, that focuses the casual eye to follow the linear lines created along Bayview Avenue as it falls sharply away to the north. It is the restriction of width in the site, together with the constraints of the local topographical landscape that creates a building mass that folds discretely into the side of the natural slope at its crest and yet forms a sweeping modern mid-rise avenue building that captures the glow of a crimson sunset in the crisp details of its façade. The subtle horizontal curve of the floor plates, accentuated with glass and metal hori- zontal banding details reinforce the sleek, sculptural presence of its horizontal.

In 2010, ARC Condos placed third in the Pug Awards for an Honourable Mention.
