Lamb Development Corp (LDC) was founded in 2001 by broker Brad J. Lamb to directly participate in the development of condominium projects. Over the last six years, more than 1400 units have been completed or are under construction by the firm in Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal. Currently, LDC has several projects at the planning and pre-construction phase throughout Canada, the United States, and Caribbean. Work Lofts, Flatiron Lofts, and The King East (all in Toronto), Central (Ottawa), and Blue (Turks and Caicos).

LDC’s mandate is to develop and co-develop residential, recreational, and vacation-resort properties with a significant leaning towards modern architecture and design.

The controlling shareholders of LDC are Brad J. Lamb, President and CEO, and Brett Lamb, Vice-President.
