Streetcar Developments is a small yet highly experienced urban real estate development company. Over the past 8 years, we have completed six boutique condominium buildings, currently have another five condominium buildings under construction, plus our most recent condominium building scheduled to start construction in 2010 totalling over 600 throughout downtown Toronto.
